Overview
Since 2015, Eric has dedicated his career to being a voice for those who have been harmed by the negligence of others, whether in nursing homes, on the road, or in their own communities.
Eric’s approach is defined by a “trial-ready” mindset. In 2024 , he was a key member of trial teams that secured significant jury verdicts for clients, including a $2.4 million result in a nursing home neglect case and $450,000 in an underinsured motorist trial. His commitment to meticulous preparation continued into 2025, where he helped successfully negotiate a $1.6 million settlement for a client in a complex dog bite matter. He has an extensive background in complex personal injury matters including motor vehicle wrecks, nursing home abuse and neglect, and mesothelioma cases.
His peers in the legal community have recognized this dedication; Eric was named to the Top 40 Under 40 for Civil Plaintiff lawyers in Ohio for both 2024 and 2025. He also takes an active leadership role in shaping the future of the profession, serving on the Board of Governors for the Kentucky Justice Association as a District Vice President for the 6th Supreme Court District.
Eric is a proud graduate of the University of Louisville, and he earned his J.D. from the Washington & Lee University School of Law. While in law school, Eric served as an Honor Advocate and gained invaluable perspective clerking for both the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office and a Virginia State Court judge.
Outside the office, Eric is a devoted fan of the Louisville Cardinals. He finds his balance by reading, hiking, and spending time with his wife, two sons, and their rescue dog, Sunny.
