Kelly King
Overview
Kelly is an attorney at Thomas Law Offices’ Missouri Office. As a former prosecutor and former Deputy Attorney General of Missouri, Kelly brings nearly two decades of courtroom experience and a distinguished record in advocacy.
A graduate of University of Missouri–Columbia Law School, Kelly has dedicated her practice to securing justice for victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and violent crime. Before joining Thomas Law Offices, she served as Deputy Attorney General, Prosecuting Attorney, and Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. In the span of her career, Kelly has taken over 100 jury trials to verdict and has earned statewide recognition. She has served on the Missouri Supreme Court Commission on Combatting Human Trafficking and Domestic Violence and the Missouri Office of Prosecution Services’ Victims of Crime Act Grant Committee, framing policy and resources for victims across the state of Missouri.
Kelly has previously received the Missouri Office of Prosecution Services Outstanding Service to Victims Award as well as the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Award of Recognition for prosecution in dog fighting cases.
