Brian Jasper is a 2011 graduate of the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University (Macon, GA). He earned his juris doctorate cum laude while serving as the Chief Justice of the Honor Court and a member of the Mock Trial team. Mr. Jasper received the George Woodruff Scholarship and was awarded the Dean’s Distinguished Service Award upon graduation. Prior to law school, Mr. Jasper attended the University of Louisville where he earned a BA in Philosophy, cum laude, in 2004.

In 1992, Mr. Jasper joined the United States Army Reserves STAR program wherein he was trained as a Licensed Practical Nurse and served as a non-commissioned officer in the 5010^th US Army Hospital (Louisville, Kentucky). He attended the Galen Health Institute, graduating in 1993 with honors. For 12 years he practiced nursing in Louisville and Lexington, focusing on long term care and Hospice nursing.

Mr. Jasper joined the Thomas Law Offices in January of 2019 after seven years practicing nursing home and medical malpractice litigation in Kentucky, Georgia, and Arkansas for a large national law firm. His primary area of practice is civil litigation with an emphasis on nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and other serious personal injury matters.

Mr. Jasper lives in Shelbyville, Kentucky where he is a member of the Shelby County Community Theatre Board of Directors. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Taunya, and their children, Michael (his wife, Raechel, and daughter, Raegan), Christian, and Lily. You may also find Mr. Jasper practicing the cello or riding his classic 1985 Harley Davidson Softail Custom in his spare time.

Tad Thomas has dedicated his practice to representing plaintiffs in various types of civil litigation, including personal injury, business litigation, class actions, and multi-district litigation.

After graduating with his law degree in 2000 from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, Mr. Thomas immediately opened his own private practice and began representing injury victims.

In 2011, Thomas Law Offices was established in Louisville, Kentucky. Over the past decade, Mr. Thomas has expanded his firm and now has offices in three additional locations: Cincinnati, Ohio, Columbia, Missouri, and Chicago, Illinois. He is also a frequent lecturer on topics like trial skills and ethics and technology.
