LOUISVILLE, KY, April 7, 2017 — Thomas Law Offices is representing the Rohlf family in a wrongful death truck accident claim against the driver of a semi-tractor trailer who collided with the family’s pickup truck on December Eve 2016 in Lake View, Iowa. The accident resulted in a collision involving two other vehicles that seriously injured three individuals total and killed Sharon Iren Rohlf of Odebolt, Iowa, a passenger in the pickup truck, upon impact.
The accident happened in Sac County, Iowa on Highway 175 just west of Lake View on Christmas Eve. 54-year-old Gary Wayne Rohlf and 65-year-old Sharon Iren Rohlf collided head-on with the semi-tractor trailer as the tractor trailer attempted to pass another vehicle. Sharon Rohlf died instantly and Gary Rohlf suffered from extensive injuries. After the initial collision, the Rohlf family’s pickup truck was hit from the rear by another vehicle whose passenger and driver were also injured.

While visiting Kentucky with friends for a week of deer hunting I visited a local restaurant. The floor was mopped with no signs placed to warn customers.
