Louisville injury attorney Tad Thomas has been awarded an AV Rating from LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell for high ethical standards and legal ability in his accomplishments protecting the rights of those afflicted by another’s negligence.

Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings are intended to assist individuals who are seeking legal services in finding the right lawyer for their particular case who also has a track record of success and high ethics. In providing an all inclusive view of an attorney, the Peer Review Ratings combined with the Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings highlight a lawyer’s professional credentials alongside other fact-based performance information.

The decision to hire an attorney is not always an easy one, and it can be even more challenging to select a lawyer who can help you be successful with your one shot at obtaining compensation for damages and losses associated with your accident. The ultimate goal of peer review ratings conducted by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell is to provide a reliable and highly trusted legal rating system to better the entire legal community, which includes the lawyers and law firms whose ratings the organization promotes, as well as the buyers and referrers of legal services.

Mr. Thomas continues to establish his professionalism outside of the courtroom by making time to reach out to local communities in Kentucky as well as those in other states by speaking and making presentations at different events held by organizations such as the American Association for Justice, the Kentucky Justice Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, and others. Before returning to practicing law full-time at his private practice, Mr. Thomas supervised the operations of four divisions and civil litigation at the Office of the Kentucky Attorney General.
