These past few months have been a whirlwind at Thomas Law Offices. We’ve been busy with our clients and the various trials our team is handling, of course, but we’ve also been busy doing our best to support Tad Thomas and his endeavors of becoming this year’s Parliamentarian of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Tad made the decision to run for office to help ensure the AAJ stays close to its legal fellowship-fueled roots while taking the organization to new heights technologically and strategically. By announcing his candidacy for Parliamentarian, he hoped the position would enable him to give back to the AAJ community he’s come to call home.
We’re proud to deliver the news straight from Boston today: Tad Thomas is the new AAJ Parliamentarian! He won this year’s officer election which took part at the AAJ’s 2017 Annual Convention. We couldn’t be any prouder or happier for Tad.

While visiting Kentucky with friends for a week of deer hunting I visited a local restaurant. The floor was mopped with no signs placed to warn customers. When my rubber hunting boots hit the wet floor I immediately went down slamming the back of my head into the ceramic tile floor. I suffered a concussion and damage to some teeth from the impact. In late 2019, another driver ran a red light and t-boned my car, injuring me and totaling my vehicle. When I was hit by a tractor trailer this year I had no idea how to navigate the mess of insurance adjusters, medical bills, claims, and the loss I had in missing work.
